I had a mix of experiences during my stay at Noelle. The decor was stunning and the location was incredibly convenient for exploring downtown Nashville. However, I encountered some significant issues with noise and the functionality of the room. Overall, I appreciated the atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff, but there were enough hiccups to cloud my overall impression. 🌆😓

Rooms
5.0
While the decor in my room was stylish, I faced issues with noise from nearby venues and a malfunctioning shade that kept me awake. Getting moved to another room helped, but it was quite a hassle.
Service
6.0
The staff were attentive, but I felt that my concerns weren't always met with genuine care. When I reported issues, the responses lacked the warmth I expected from a higher-end hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal; I could easily walk to major attractions and enjoy Nashville's vibrant nightlife without being in the thick of it. It really enhanced my trip.
Dining

The dining options were decent, and I did enjoy the free coffee and sparkling water on my floor. Although I didn’t dine in, the menu looked appealing, especially for a long stay.
Facilities

The hotel had a unique vibe and offered amenities such as a rooftop bar that provided fantastic views. However, some facilities, like my room's iron, were not adequately maintained.

My stay at Hotel Noelle was quite the experience! The hotel is stunning, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Nashville. However, I did find the rooms to be rather cramped, which was a bit of a downside for me.

Rooms
7.0
The room felt incredibly small, more like a cozy nook than a typical hotel space. I loved the luxurious touches, but I think they could benefit from some more room to breathe.
Service

I found the staff to be genuinely friendly and helpful. From valet to check-in, they really made me feel welcome and accommodated my needs seamlessly.

The food at the hotel was good, especially at the rooftop bar. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the quality of the drinks I had there.

I appreciated the range of facilities offered, like the fitness center and the rooftop bar. However, it would have been nice to have a dedicated pet relief area on-site.

I had a lovely stay at Noelle, with an impressive hotel design that transported me to another era. The location was fantastic, placing me within walking distance of popular attractions like Broadway and the Ryman. However, the experience was slightly marred by some noise at night and a few minor issues with the service that I encountered during my stay.

Rooms

I stayed in a king suite that was beautifully appointed with luxurious touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, making my room cozy and inviting.
Service

While the staff was generally friendly, there were a couple of moments where they seemed inattentive, especially during check-in. I had to approach the front desk before being acknowledged, which was a bit disappointing.
Location

The hotel's location couldn't be better—just a short walk from the vibrant music scene and dining spots on Broadway. I loved being so close to everything yet still having a retreat from the nightly hustle.
Dining

I dined at Makeready for both dinner and brunch, and the food was excellent. The service was great, adding to the overall good experience of my stay.
Facilities

The hotel boasts some wonderful amenities, including a rooftop bar where I enjoyed amazing views of Nashville's skyline. However, the elevator situation was less than ideal during my stay, causing delays.

I enjoyed the unique decor and vibe of Noelle, which truly set the scene for my Nashville experience. Though the location was fantastic for downtown and close to Broadway, I ran into some hiccups with room amenities like the lack of blackout blinds and closet space. Overall, my stay had some good highlights but also a few disappointments, particularly regarding the room's functionality.

Rooms
8.0
My room was decorated beautifully, reflecting a 20s/30s vibe, but it lacked sufficient space for hanging clothes and could use better blackout blinds to keep out early morning light.
Service
9.0
The staff were attentive and made me feel welcomed, providing thoughtful touches like complimentary water stations, which I appreciated during my stay.
Location

Being so close to the action but far enough away from the nightlife noise was a real plus. I loved how easy it was to explore downtown attractions on foot.
Dining

I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant's offerings, especially the speakeasy, though I found some of the menu prices to be on the higher side.
Facilities

Features like automated lighting and the coffee setup in the hallway were fantastic. but I wished there had been more snack options available on-site.

6.2/10

My stay at Noelle was quite a mixed bag. On the one hand, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the vibrant Broadway area, and the aesthetic of the hotel is charming and historic. However, my experience was marred by several issues with service and room functionality that left a lot to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The first room I was assigned was too small and lacked proper storage for clothing. After much back and forth with the staff, I was eventually moved to a nicer room, but problems persisted with the window shades that couldn’t be closed. The overall size of the rooms feels cramped, especially for the price range.
Service
5.0
The service was spotty at best. While some staff members, like Ben at the front desk, were accommodating, others seemed less engaged. It was frustrating to deal with maintenance issues, and I felt that my concerns were often brushed aside. No one even asked how my stay was when I checked out!
Location
9.0
The location is undeniably a highlight. It was easy to walk to Broadway and other attractions, placing me right in the heart of Nashville's entertainment district without dealing with the chaos of it all.
Dining
6.0
The food options were somewhat disappointing. I didn’t enjoy breakfast as much as I’d hoped, particularly the unusual sausage patties that were chicken-based. I wish there was a bit more thought put into the dining selections.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some nice features like a hydration station on each floor and complimentary coffee in the lobby, which I appreciated. However, the absence of a concierge desk was surprising and made accessing services more challenging than expected.
